Meet the owners Chris, Russ and Gracie Johnson

Russ Johnson has over 20 years experience in computer support and service. This experience was obtained and applied with the U.S Navy, the University of Georgia, Peach Tree Accounting and has continued for the last 10 years with Mobile Tech Services. His professional credentials include a bachelors in business management, A+ certification and he is Microsoft certified.

Chris Johnson has over 18 years experience in the Corporate Sector with various companies, she brings her diversified and process skill set in customer service relations, computer application support, sales and marketing personable strategies to Mobile Tech Repairs Services, giving each customer valued service. Her professional credentials include an associates in paralegal studies, certified in customer service relations and developed a computer application program with the adult education department at Lanier Tech in Jackson county Georgia.

Russell and Chris Johnson understand your time and money are important to you and will go beyond to give you 110% satisfaction to give you the best value available.  We treat each customer as family, because to us you are our family and our most valuable asset. We give our customers the best technology advice and service, by attending computer technical seminars and research new technologies to provide you with the latest computer technical support available.
 

 

Terms and Conditions

(a) General Services: Mobile Tech Services, Inc. will attempt to diagnosis your technology problem, provide an estimate of applicable service fees (plus applicable taxes), and then provide you with a technology solution over the telephone or in person. In certain cases, however, problem diagnosis and support may not be completed because of a problem with your computer or its configuration that is beyond our control.

(b) Software Demand Services: Software demand services may be offered to you by Mobile Tech Services, Inc. If you elect to receive software demand services, you are electing to purchase software downloads. In such event, Mobile Tech Services, Inc. will transfer you to a third party who will provide you with information about the software and who will collect your payment information. Mobile Tech Services, Inc. transfers you, at your request, to the third party for your convenience; however, Mobile Tech Services, Inc. does not warrant or make any representation about the services or software provided by the third party. Ask about the third party’s privacy policy as it is different from the privacy policy that applies to Mobile Tech Services, Inc. collection and use of your personal information. Also ask about the service and software warranty applicable to the software download you receive from the third party as that warranty differs from Mobile Tech Services, Inc. service warranty. 

(c) Your Responsibility: You understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing Mobile Tech Services, Inc. to perform diagnostic repair or other services on your computer, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives. You acknowledge and agree that Mobile Tech Services, Inc. shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS; LIABILITY
(a) LIMITATIONS TO SERVICE: MOBILE TECH SERVICES, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFRAIN FROM PROVIDING ANY OR ALL REQUESTED SERVICES AND INSTEAD REFUND YOUR PAYMENT, WHOLLY OR IN PART, ON THE BASIS THAT YOUR TECHNICAL NEEDS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE UNUSUAL OR EXTENSIVE AND BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT AS REASONABLY DETERMINED BY MOBILE TECH SERVICES, INC.

(b) FORCE MAJEURE: If Mobile Tech Services, Inc. ability to render remote services is impaired by you or circumstances beyond the control of Mobile Tech Services, Inc., Mobile Tech Services, Inc. may choose not to provide or to discontinue remote services.

(c) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Mobile Tech Services, Inc. total liability for damages related to its services is limited to the total amount you pay for the services, and you release Mobile Tech Services, Inc. from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Mobile Tech Services, Inc. IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR FOR YOUR INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PRODUCT.

SERVICE WARRANTY
If you are not satisfied with services received from Mobile Tech Services, Inc., please call (706) 248-4889 for resolution. We warrant our services for 30 days following the date of your invoice; however, the warranty period only covers problems caused by failed hardware installed by Mobile Tech Services, Inc. and does not cover problems caused by any and all software issues such as viruses, operating system problems or corruption. If there is a problem with the service provided by Mobile Tech Services, Inc. and if you notify us within the warranty period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost.
